ギリシャ料理

ギリシャの魅力はもちろん、どこまでも続く深い蒼い海ですが、ギリシャ料理もこれまた最高に美味しいので大好き!

伊計島から読谷に移った、Little Greek Kitchenのお料理も最高に美味しかった。









しかもこの眺めと、友達との楽しい話しも加わり、美味しいお料理がさらに美味しくなりました。









沖縄ではなかなかギリシャの人に会えないので、1年ほど前に初めて会ったミルトスとの出会いはとっても嬉しかった！




穏やかでお腹いっぱい、みんな笑顔の日曜の昼下がりでした。




It was over 25 years ago when I first went to Greece and the Greek islands....From the moment I arrived, I felt something special...The wonder of the Acropolis. The passion of the Greek people. The delicious food. The blue sea. All of it was addictive. And, so I went back three more times - the last time with Komaki and the kids a few years ago. Okinawa is my favorite place on this planet, but Greece follows right behind. If I could, I would go there every year! When we found out that Little Greek Kitchen moved to Yomitan, we knew we had to go....More than just a restaurant serving delicious Greek food, it really is a part of Greece here in Okinawa. The owner and chef, Pamela, puts her heart into every dish....Sitting on the terrace with a view of the sea and doing nothing but eating and talking for hours was magical...Pamela made us feel like we were all one big family....These kind of connections are what makes the world so special! Thanks to Little Greek Kitchen, we were transported to Greece for an afternoon without ever leaving our home, Okinawa....wow!
