昨日の早朝、のぼるおじさんが海から獲って来たみじゅん（イワシ）をたくさんくれたので早速素揚げにしておやつ代わりにポリポリ頂きました




ルカイも大好きなみじゅんの素揚げは、頭も骨もまるごと食べられてカルシウムもたっぷり。
とくに揚げたては、美味し過ぎてやめられな〜い…


Life in Maeda...My uncle stops by with a fresh catch of "mijun," which are like little sardines. He catches them by "throw-net" as he walks along the coastline. Not only do you have to prowl like a cat to get close enough, but you have to time your throw perfectly. And even if you have mastered the technique of throwing, you still have to spot them from the shoreline!

Fry them in oil, add a little salt, and you have the perfect compliment to a cold Orion beer!
