今期のあかちちファームは、たくさんの野菜が実り、大豊作



畑仕事が大好きなルカイは、６歳にして一人前のハルサーになっています。





Joyも雑草抜きや水やりのお手伝い。
時々ほうれんそうなどをつまみ食い



夕方近くは太陽の光が気持ち良く、畑仕事がはかどります



穫れたての島にんじんでつくったケーキ。



みずみずしく、歯ごたえバツグンのキャベツはギョウザに。
ルカイが皮も手作りしてくれ、最高においしいギョウザになりました





畑を耕すところから始まり、種をまき水を与え、収穫し調理するまで、全てを通し学びと感謝を得られる畑時間。
こんな時間を子どもたちと共有できる、今に感謝

Food is not just fuel for our bodies but also a way of life. It is culture, both ethnic and family. From the first days of ancient farming, the harvest has bound people together and nourished families around the table. Being able to take part in such a earthy ritual is a privilege. Having our kids enjoy all that nature provides while sharing with good friends is truly a wonderful experience...
